Job Requirements
- Must be available Sunday, Monday, Friday 10 am - 6 pm
- Ability to move frequently on hard surfaces including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, stooping
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift heavier objects with assistance
- Ability to work indoors in temperature-controlled environment
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
- Ability to comply with cleaning agent exposure
- Regular, predictable, full attendance

- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred

- Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily
- Ensure all items stocked and promotional plans executed
- Maintain visible, accurate signage
- Keep the club clean and organized inside and out
- Understand production and financial performance reporting
- Understand the link between execution consistency and business performance
- Understand all BJ's membership options including renewals and loyalty programs
- Offer membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ's loyalty programs, and rewards redemption
- Provide high-level customer service
- Scan merchandise accurately using POS system
- Assist at self-checkout stations
- Collect payments by cash, check, or charge
- Issue receipts and correct change
- Stay updated on merchandise promotions and product information
- Maintain cleanliness of frontline area and assist in general housekeeping
- Return re-sellable merchandise to sales floor
- Manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
- Follow all club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties including cross-training in departments
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
