Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday between 7:45 AM and 3 PM with weekend availability
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Commitment to excellent member service
- Ability to follow club policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise accurately and accept various forms of payment
- Provide excellent member service in an efficient and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- Assist members with self-checkout operations and resolve technical difficulties
- Execute promotional plans and maintain accurate signage
- Support compliance with club policies and procedures
