Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple forms of payment and operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 12 PM and 9 PM including weekends availability
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces and lift up to 30 pounds
- Commitment to honesty, integrity, and teamwork
- Regular and predictable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases accurately including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments including cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide excellent customer service efficiently and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- Manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes, assist members with operational and technical difficulties
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and teammates
