Job Requirements
- availability on Tuesday 5pm-10pm and Thursday-Saturday 3pm-10pm
- ability to move frequently on hard surfaces
- occasional bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping
- ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- willingness to lift heavier objects with assistance
- comfort working indoors with occasional exposure to cleaning agents and loud noises
- commitment to honesty and integrity
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- verify, renew, and upgrade memberships
- scan merchandise through the point-of-sale system
- accept various payment forms including cash and check
- provide excellent member service and resolve concerns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- assist in general club housekeeping
- manage self-checkout stations and assist members with technical difficulties
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- adhere to all club policies and procedures
- work collaboratively with the team to deliver GOLD club standards
- support club promotions and accurately execute signage and displays
- perform other duties as assigned including work in other departments
- maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
