- High school education or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent math skills preferred
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable

Job Duties
- Perform point of sale (POS) responsibilities and process all forms of payments
- Ask each customer for cash donations at POS
- Establish or identify prices of goods via merchandise type, markings, or on-site leader support
- Complete closing procedures as necessary
- Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance
- Greet customers entering and thank customers leaving the store
- Maintain sales floor by following floorwork and picture process map (PPM) standards
- Stock merchandise in appropriate areas as assigned
- Utilize phone and paging systems for scheduled announcements
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Model Goodwill Core Values – trust, collaboration, engagement, ownership, and innovation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
