Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Commitment to honesty, integrity, and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including membership renewals and upgrades
- Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payment
- Provide excellent member service in an efficient and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and manage scan and pan lanes
- Support the implementation of club policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
