Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability for regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, upgrade and offer various membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Accept payments including cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide excellent member service and resolve concerns
- Maintain the cleanliness of the frontline department
- Assist members with self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- Manage cashier productivity expectations
- Follow club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments
