Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and sometimes heavier with assistance
- honest and reliable
- strong attention to detail
- regular and predictable attendance
- basic computer skills for point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- verify, renew, upgrade, and offer membership products
- scan merchandise accurately and efficiently
- accept various forms of payment including cash and check
- provide excellent member service
- maintain cleanliness of the front-line department
- assist members with self-checkout and technical difficulties
- manage inventory counts through point-of-sale systems
- promote membership renewals and loyalty programs
- ensure compliance with club policies and procedures
- contribute to general club housekeeping
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- support a safe and positive environment for members and team
- perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- maintain regular, predictable attendance
