- ability to process transactions accurately
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- capacity to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- verify, renew, and upgrade membership products
- scan merchandise and accept various forms of payment
- provide excellent member service
- maintain cleanliness of front-line department
- assist members at self-checkout stations
- manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- resolve and deescalate member concerns
- maintain club policies and procedures
- fill shopping carts when necessary
- return re-sellable merchandise to sales floor area
- stay updated on merchandise promotions
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- perform other duties as assigned
