Job Requirements
- must be available sunday monday friday 1-9pm
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- commitment to delivering excellent member service
- ability to stand and move frequently throughout the shift
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- reliable and consistent full attendance
Job Qualifications
- basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- process member purchases including verifying, renewing, upgrading membership products
- scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
- provide excellent member service in an efficient and friendly manner
- maintain cleanliness of the front-line department and assist in general housekeeping
- manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes and assist members with technical difficulties
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- uphold club policies and procedures
- assist in other departments as needed
- ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
