- high school education or equivalent experience
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent math skills preferred
- ability to communicate and understand instructions both verbal and written in english
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable
- ability to speak and read english proficiently

Job Duties
- perform point of sale (pos) responsibilities and process all forms of payments
- ask each customer for cash donations at point of sale
- establish or identify prices of goods via type of merchandise or identifying markings
- complete closing procedures as necessary
- maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance
- greet customers entering the store and thank customers leaving
- maintain sales floor by following floorwork and picture process map standards
- stock merchandise in appropriate areas as assigned
- utilize systems including phones and paging systems to make regularly scheduled announcements
- maintain a clean and safe environment
- model goodwill core values including trust, collaboration, engagement, ownership, and innovation
- perform other related duties as assigned
