Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent experience
  • excellent customer service skills
  • excellent math skills preferred
  • ability to communicate and understand instructions both verbal and written in english
  • must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable
  • ability to speak and read english proficiently

Job Duties

  • perform point of sale (pos) responsibilities and process all forms of payments
  • ask each customer for cash donations at point of sale
  • establish or identify prices of goods via type of merchandise or identifying markings
  • complete closing procedures as necessary
  • maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance
  • greet customers entering the store and thank customers leaving
  • maintain sales floor by following floorwork and picture process map standards
  • stock merchandise in appropriate areas as assigned
  • utilize systems including phones and paging systems to make regularly scheduled announcements
  • maintain a clean and safe environment
  • model goodwill core values including trust, collaboration, engagement, ownership, and innovation
  • perform other related duties as assigned
