Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle physical activity including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly
- Availability for full-time work including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Predictable and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise and operate point-of-sale systems
- Accept various forms of payments including cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring timely and efficient checkout
- Assist members with self-checkout stations and resolve technical difficulties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- Comply with club policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned
