Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cashier or retail sales roles preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capable of lifting objects up to 30 pounds frequently and heavier items with assistance
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to club policies
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, and upgrade memberships including offering loyalty programs
- Scan merchandise accurately and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Accept various payment forms including cash and checks
- Issue receipts or change to members
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of frontline and club areas
- Assist members with self-checkout stations and technical issues
- Meet cashier productivity standards
- Adhere to club policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Perform additional duties and support other departments as needed
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance
