Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change
- ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- ability to operate computerized POS register system
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers
- ability to stand and/or walk constantly during shift
- ability to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps
- ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- ability to occasionally work in low or high temperatures and outdoor elements
- ability to occasionally work in noisy environments
- ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds occasionally, using team lifts as needed

Job Duties
- Check out customers' merchandise through the POS registers
- greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner
- handle merchandise with care
- stock and straighten shelves and pegs when not ringing up products
- remain product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales
- assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating their needs
- promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up
- perform all other duties as assigned
