Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Regular, predictable attendance is essential
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verification and renewal of memberships
- Scan merchandise accurately and handle various payment methods
- Provide excellent member service in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and resolve technical difficulties
- Execute club policies and help maintain a safe environment
- Support other departments as needed and meet productivity expectations
