Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Good attendance and reliability
- Basic understanding of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately through the point-of-sale system
- Accept payments via cash, check, or other charge methods
- Provide high levels of customer service and resolve member concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and manage technical difficulties
- Support club policies, compliance, and teamwork to achieve GOLD club standards
