Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently during shifts
- Capability to lift and handle objects up to 30 pounds
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner including verifying and renewing memberships
- Offer various types of membership products including upgrades and loyalty programs
- Scan merchandise accurately and accept all forms of payment
- Provide excellent member service ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline area
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and manage technical difficulties
- Adhere to club policies and procedures and support team goals
