Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- ability to handle merchandise up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and move frequently during shifts
- reliability and punctuality
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- scan merchandise accurately and accept various payment methods
- provide excellent member service with a friendly and positive attitude
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- support self-checkout stations and assist members with technical difficulties
- adhere to all club policies and procedures
- work collaboratively with team members to achieve club standards and goals
