Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and handle merchandise
- reliable and punctual with regular attendance
- ability to follow policies and procedures
- friendly and positive attitude
- ability to communicate effectively with members and team members
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- verify, renew, and upgrade membership products
- scan merchandise accurately using point-of-sale systems
- accept various forms of payments including cash and checks
- provide high-level customer service to members
- maintain cleanliness of the frontline department
- assist members at self-checkout stations
- manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- ensure all club policies and procedures are followed
- support club standards by keeping areas stocked and organized
- return resellable merchandise to sales floor
- resolve member concerns and escalate when necessary
- assist in general club housekeeping
- perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- maintain regular and predictable attendance
