Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capable of bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Willingness to assist with heavier objects with assistance
- Comfortable working indoors with occasional exposure to cleaning agents
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential

- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer various types of membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately through a point-of-sale system
- Accept various payment forms including cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide excellent member service in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and resolve technical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- Support the implementation of club policies and procedures
- Uphold GOLD Member Standards including greeting, anticipating, and appreciating members
- Stock merchandise and execute promotional plans
- Manage cashier productivity and inventory accuracy
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve club standards
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments as needed
- Ensure regular, predictable, full attendance
