Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to provide courteous and friendly customer service
- Capacity to handle cash accurately and manage transactions
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capability to lift objects up to 30 pounds and assist with heavier items
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, upgrading membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and charges
- Provide excellent member service in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-line departments
- Assist with self-checkout stations and resolve technical difficulties
- Follow all club policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned including assisting in other departments
