Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cashier or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and team members
- Basic computer skills
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Physical capability to perform job functions including bending, stooping, and reaching
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, and upgrade memberships
- Scan merchandise accurately through a point-of-sale system
- Accept various forms of payments including cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide excellent member service efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- Assist members with self-checkout and scanning lanes
- Manage membership products and reward redemptions
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve club standards
- Address member concerns with honesty and integrity
- Embrace inclusion, diversity, and teamwork
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments as needed
- Ensure regular and predictable full attendance
