Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, with regular and predictable attendance

Job Duties
- Process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- Verify, renew, and upgrade membership products
- Scan merchandise and handle payments accurately
- Provide excellent member service and resolve concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline area
- Assist members with self-checkout and technical issues
- Comply with all club policies and procedures
