Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cashier or sales roles preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to handle point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Availability for regular and predictable full attendance
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Process member purchases including scanning merchandise and accepting payments
- Verify, renew, and upgrade membership products and offer loyalty program options
- Provide excellent member service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department and sales floor
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and manage scan-and-pan lanes
- Resolve and deescalate member concerns ensuring a safe environment
- Meet cashier productivity expectations and comply with club policies and procedures
