Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior cash handling or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Regular, predictable, full attendance required
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Commitment to honesty and integrity

Job Qualifications

Prior cashier or sales experience preferred

Job Duties

Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer various membership products
Scan merchandise and ensure accurate inventory and purchase totals
Accept payments via cash, check, or other charge methods
Provide high-level customer service and resolve member concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
Manage self-checkout and assist members with technical difficulties
