Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Experience with cash handling or retail operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Basic understanding of membership products and services
- Ability to operate checkout technology
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned

- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Accept various forms of payments from members
- Provide efficient and timely checkouts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- Assist with self-checkout stations and manage scan and pan lanes
- Offer excellent customer service and resolve member concerns
- Support application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals
