Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to move frequently and lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability for full-time work and regular attendance
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and scan merchandise accurately
- Commitment to uphold company policies and maintain a safe environment
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise accurately and efficiently through point-of-sale systems
- Accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide excellent member service while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department and assist in general club housekeeping
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and manage scan and pan lanes
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures and meet cashier productivity expectations
