Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and move frequently during shifts
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
- Regular, predictable, full attendance

Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise accurately through the point-of-sale system
- Accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-line and club areas
- Assist members with self-checkout stations and technical issues
- Support compliance with club policies and procedures
