Job Qualifications

- previous retail or customer service experience a plus

- positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
- basic computer skills for inventory and checkout systems
Job Duties
- assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges
- display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience
- greet customers warmly as they enter and thank them when they leave, in store or on the phone
- work collaboratively with the team to uphold the company’s mission, values, and principles
- maintain a clean and organized store environment
- handle repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead
- provide knowledgeable and friendly service to enhance the customer experience
