Job Qualifications

  • positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • basic computer skills for inventory and checkout systems

Job Duties

  • assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience
  • greet customers warmly as they enter and thank them when they leave, in store or on the phone
  • work collaboratively with the team to uphold the company’s mission, values, and principles
  • maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • handle repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead
  • provide knowledgeable and friendly service to enhance the customer experience
