Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of handling cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and any other company-mandated screenings

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Support checkout line management using Point of Sale mobile devices
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards including sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
