Job Requirements
- experience working in customer service preferably in a retail or grocery environment
- ability to perform front end duties and procedures within a retail or grocery environment
- self-directed and results oriented
- good attention to detail and follow through skills
- good customer relations skills
- ability to meet department productivity, policy, standard operating procedures, quality and safety requirements
- proficiency in working with weights, measures, scales and tally unit product retail prices
- ability to run a cash register
- ability to safely operate department equipment (must be 18 years of age to operate certain equipment)
- flexibility to work various shifts including overtime and weekends
- meet physical requirements necessary for the role
