Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to operate retail technology and Point of Sale systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Commitment to uphold company safety and performance standards

- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for assistance when needed in checkout
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts and general store recovery
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance
