Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math proficiency
- Previous experience in retail or cashier role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support when needed
- Engage customers enthusiastically to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-enhancing programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts when needed
- Support recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards consistently including sales, customer service, profit, productivity and attendance
