Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capable of kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, and ascending or descending stairs
- Availability to work various shifts including opening, closing, and mid shifts
- Ability to provide quick and friendly customer service
- Capacity to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must align with Raising Cane’s culture of working hard and having fun
- Take initiative and comply with company policies
- Dependable with punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant roles is a plus but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures

Job Duties
- Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist or stoop to perform cleaning and other tasks
- Ascend or descend stairs as required
- Reach and grasp objects above head and below waistline
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team members
- Clean tables, floors, and other restaurant areas to maintain cleanliness
- Take customer orders and process payments efficiently
- Follow proper safety procedures in food handling and preparation
- Multitask effectively during fast-paced shifts
- Collaborate as a team to assist other crewmembers and ensure continuity of service
- Show up to scheduled shifts on time and maintain dependable attendance
