Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year retail experience, luxury retail preferred
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Proficient in POS terminal operation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift 0-25 lbs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of operating cash registers or POS terminals

Job Duties

  • Accurately record point of sales transaction at the register
  • Process sales, sends, repairs, and assist in opening and closing procedures
  • Provide high levels of service to clients following Hermes standards
  • Support Sales Team with cashier service and related tasks
  • Process payment transactions with compliance and accuracy
  • Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and tax refunds according to policies
  • Reconcile daily transactions and verify cash flow
  • Input transaction and client information accurately
  • Prepare daily cashier reports
  • Answer customer phones with friendly service
  • Support general store operations and additional duties
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration
