Job Requirements

  • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
  • High school diploma or GED
  • New Mexico liquor server's license and Food Handlers Card within 90 days
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license

  • Proficient smartphone user for company applications, email, and texts

Job Duties

  • Greet the guest with a positive and professional attitude
  • Operate POS and properly settle all payment transactions
  • Follow all cash handling and exchange procedures for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Issue receipts and ensure all paperwork is correctly signed and filed
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer knowledgeable suggestions about products and specials
  • Stock condiment stations
  • Keep a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace throughout each shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned
