Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cashier or retail roles preferred
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of technology for operating point-of-sale and inventory systems
- Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- Support checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing, merchandising, stocking, and replenishment at checkouts
- Utilize Point of Sale Mobile Warrior device to manage checkout lines
- Assist with omnichannel operations, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards related to sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance
