Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including sales, productivity, profit, customer service, and attendance
