Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale technology
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Commitment to upholding company safety and performance standards

- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and mobile devices
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with colleagues for additional support when needed
- Engage customers actively and enthusiastically
- Resolve customer problems and assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment areas
- Call for assistance when additional checkout help is needed
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
- Support recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including iCAP program targets, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
