Job Requirements
- completion of high school or equivalent
- prior experience as a cashier or in a cash handling role preferred
- basic math skills
- effective communication abilities

- familiarity with payment processing systems preferred

Job Duties
- collect and post payments for utility bills telecommunications bills property taxes security deposits made in person by mail or at a drive through window
- balance receipts accurately on a daily basis
- explain to customers the amount due the delinquent date and severance process
- assist customers in writing checks
- maintain accurate payment records
- handle customer inquiries and provide information related to payments
- ensure compliance with payment policies and procedures
