Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or cashier role preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic proficiency with technology including Point of Sale systems
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- partner with others for additional support
- engage customers actively and enthusiastically
- resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- promote Findmore and other sales initiatives
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- proactively call for assistance when needed
- use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- assist with Omnichannel efforts
- help with recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
