Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Provide quick and friendly customer service
- Work together as a team to ensure continuity of service
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Align with Raising Cane's culture of working hard and having fun
- Take initiative in completing tasks
- Comply with company policies
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping
Job Qualifications
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Provide quick and friendly service to all customers
- Work as a team assisting other crewmembers in task completion
- Take orders and process payments efficiently
- Clean tables, floors and other restaurant areas
- Follow safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling and reaching
- Show up to scheduled shifts on time
