Job Duties
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while responding to customers’ needs quickly and accurately
- Achieve email capture and sales goals through creative engagement with customers
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence
- Process POS transactions efficiently and comply with all policies and procedures while creating a memorable experience
- Assist sales associates in determining customers’ needs and resolving all client issues
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness and organization
- Drive omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
