Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- partner for additional support when needed
- assist customers with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- promote sales-driving programs such as Findmore
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures
- manage checkout lines using Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device
- assist with Omnichannel efforts
- support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
