Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support when needed
- Engage customers enthusiastically and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for assistance proactively when extra help is needed
- Utilize Point of Sale system on Mobile Warrior device
- Assist with omnichannel efforts as needed
- Support recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards consistently including iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
