Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, mobile payment devices, and validation tools
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings and flexible with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service through active listening and personalized assistance
Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, professional service while assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly and respectfully
- Accurately process all forms of payment, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and follow PMC's cash handling procedures
- Keep the cashier booth or station clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by following all safety protocols, staying alert, and reporting suspicious activity
- Work closely with valet staff and leadership to support smooth operations
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards
- Complete other tasks as assigned, attend required meetings and training, and maintain schedule flexibility
