Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (ged)
- customer service experience preferred
- customer service attitude and willing helpful demeanor mandatory
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to stand walk and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods often outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- ability to use personal cell phones for work related communication and applications
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- deliver friendly professional service while assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly and respectfully
- accurately process all forms of payment maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures
- keep the cashier booth or station clean organized and well-stocked
- ensure a safe and secure environment by following all safety protocols staying alert and reporting suspicious activity
- work closely with valet staff and leadership to support smooth operations and assist during busy periods
- maintain regular attendance adhere to company policies and uphold parking operations standards
- complete other tasks as assigned attend required meetings and training and maintain schedule flexibility
