Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and mobile payment devices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and mobile payment devices
- Ability to accurately process transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Professional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
Job Duties
- Deliver friendly and professional service while assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly and respectfully
- Accurately process all forms of payment and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Follow cash handling procedures and report any discrepancies
- Keep the cashier booth or station clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by following safety protocols and reporting suspicious activity
- Work closely with valet staff and leadership to support smooth operations
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold safety standards
- Support evolving business needs by completing other tasks as assigned
- Attend required meetings and training and maintain schedule flexibility
