Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays

Job Duties
- Interact with every guest professionally and in a friendly and hospital manner
- Accurately recording food and beverage orders from guests, including any special requests
- Delivering orders to tables, or drive through guests, ensuring proper packaging and presentation, and refilling drinks as needed
- Offering condiments and refills as appropriate
- Pre-bussing tables
- Processing customer bills, accepting payment methods and providing correct change
- Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during the dining experience
- Keeping the dining area tidy by cleaning plates, resetting table and ensuring overall presentation of the restaurant
- Adhering to established standards for service, dress code and sanitation procedures
- Consistently working with others as a team, demonstrating our core values of Positively Impacting Others, Standing Together as Family, and Encouraging Fun
- Accurately relaying orders to the kitchen and informing them of any changes or special requests
