Job Duties
- Processes accurate payment of cash, credit card and payroll deduction for purchased items
- follows all established accounting and cash register procedures
- balances cash drawer to within .5% of gross sales at end of shift
- completes cashier report accurately and consistently
- greets and addresses all customers with a smile and in a pleasant manner
- resolves customers' complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- restores appropriate food and condiment supplies to specified levels before and during service
- cleans and sanitizes all food service equipment and utensils according to weekly/daily sanitation checklist
- cleans and sanitizes chairs, tables and seating area as needed on a frequent basis
